ANNOUNCEMENT
The 2010 Annual Meeting of the Plasma-Wall-Interaction Task Force (PWI-TF 2010) of EFDA will take place at Vienna University of Technology (TU Wien), Vienna, Austria from Wednesday Nov. 3rd to Friday 5th, 2010. It will start rather early in the morning on Nov. 3rd and end around lunchtime on Nov. 5th.

Attention: The venue for this meeting has been changed (Oct. 22, 2010). The Task Force meeting will now take place in the:

For general information how to get from the airport or one of Vienna's train stations to “Karlsplatz” see the information on our institute's web-page ”How to get to IAP”. Please mind, that IAP is in a different building (number 4 on the map above) than the meeting venue (number 7)!

Vienna offers a large number of hotels and accommodations (Search & book online here) and participants are of course free to make their own room reservations at a hotel of their choice.
Our ÖAW-EURATOM Coordination Office, however, has pre-reserved a number of rooms at special rates in nearby hotels (listed here).
