Payment of the Conference Fee

The all-inclusive conference fee for 3S*22 includes participation in the scientific sessions, the book of abstracts (printed or online version), accommodation in double rooms (with shower/bath, WC), breakfast, lunch and dinner at the ski academy, the social program, skiing instructions (Mo - Fr) by highly qualified instructors (small groups from casual skiers to experts; sorry: we cannot accept beginners!) and a 5 day ski-pass (Mo - Fr) for the whole Arlberg skiing region!

Euro 1400.- for a regular participant sharing a double room with another paying attendee

Euro 175.- additional fee for early arrival on Saturday, March 12, 2022 (includes accommodation and full board, but no ski-pass for Sunday)

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic we offer the following cancellation conditions:

Your cancellation before 31.01.2022: 100% refund
Your cancellation before 14.02.2022: 50% refund
Your cancellation before 01.03.2022: 25% refund
Your cancellation after 01.03.2022: 0% refund
No-Show at the symposium: 0% refund

If we have to cancel the meeting: 100% refund

After registration participants will receive an official invoice from TU Wien (with official invoice number). Please quote this invoice number when paying by bank transfer. Receipts will be handed out at the conference.

Since we will have to pay a substantial fee for each cancellation we can only guarantee your reservation if you transfer the full fee until January 31st, 2022 the latest. Registration without receipt of payment at this date will be automatically cancelled.

The proper use of IBAN and BIC codes assures low bank charges within the EU. If your transfer has been substantially reduced through bank charges you will have to pay the difference to the appropriate conference fee at the registration desk.
